France Breathalysers

If you are heading to France and planning to drive, you need to be aware that from 1st July it's compulsory to carry a breathalyser in your car.

In fact you are required to carry 2 breathalysers in your car otherwise you face an on the spot fine. This comes as France tries to combat the number of road deaths caused by alcohol.

Drivers in France are already required to have with them high-visibility safety vests and a warning triangle.

So if you are planning a drive to France, make sure you are aware of the new rules.
