Most Improved Airport

The launch of the new terminal at Bournemouth Airport looks like it has been a success. It has recently been awarded the prize for 'most improved airport in Europe' for the quality of it's customer satisfaction.

If you haven't yet seen the new terminal at Bournemouth Airport, you really should. If nothing else, pop in for a coffee and watch the planes take off. It's so far removed from the old terminal it's unbelievable.

Over 1700 people were surveyed as they travelled through Bournemouth Airport. Passengers were asked to indicate their level of satisfaction on more than 30 features including:

• restaurant facilities

• passport control
• and lots more

This is great news for Bournemouth Airport which has had a rough time of late. Hopefully this will help encourage more people to fly for here and more airlines to choose Bournemouth Airport as a hub.
