Thomson and First Choice Holiday and Flight only customers
We have been advised that London Gatwick airport is now fully re-opened. Customers due to depart from London Gatwick today, should make their way to the airport to check-in for their flights as advised below
London Gatwick airport
All Thomson Airways flights due to operate on 2 December were delayed and rescheduled to operate today (3rd Dec). Customers should refer to rescheduled flying programme on 3 December below; the only exception is TOM042 Male (Maldives), which has now been cancelled. All TOM042 customers will be contacted by our customer services team with regards to alternatives
Bournemouth
Bournemouth will reopen at 1200 today, the delayed Thomson Airways flight have been reacheduled.
Customers Overseas
For customers on package and flight-only holidays that are currently overseas, hotel accommodation and welfare will continue to be provided should they not be able to return to the UK on schedule. Customers currently abroad awaiting flights back to the UK will be updated by their Resort Representative. The airline would like to reassure all customers that it is doing everything possible to keep them informed with the latest information and to get them home to their original departure airport or an alternative UK airport as soon as possible.
